I MUST SAY THIS. this is the best BBQ food i ever eat in my life. no joke. kudos to the organisers.

is not the usual bbq food you will find in bbq. porks ribs, big sausage, beef etc. and not those boring crab sticks, hot dogs.

Quite piss off with that guy. ok i know is troublesum to redo the test again but u have no right to accuse us that we TOTALLY lost the sample.

It went through sooo many people before coming to us and it could be you own fault either. Although i know is quite impossible that the sample went missing because you all have record it down, if not there wouldn be sample. BUT BUT… unless u can find evidence that the sample is misplace by us, we will be at equal fault then. Don think that because we are new and YOUNG, that u can push all the blame on us. U SPOIL MY DAY.. and is a FRIDAY!

OK. i am just a part timer … shouldn’t be so emotional involved.

school have started almost two months. well, feel good to be back after 2 years of ns. So is the 2 years of ns time is wasted? ha, i think i shall discuss this next time. =)

Studies is always not my forte. never in my 21 years , i did well for once.. =(

This time, the feel of going back to school is so different. Never for once i feel bored when i go school , yeah really! Maybe because i study 2 days per week! Everything that i am learning now is so useful, it make me realise that how important basic is. Everything will be easy when the basic is correct and good, of cos! Always build a strong foundation. i must always remember… Every lesson i go, i learn new things , i felt so happy =) i never had that kind of feel before, in my secondary or poly. Well, maybe i am going the right path now.. going the way i want it to be. 10 years down the road, i don know how my path will be like but for the next 5 years i know how i want it to be.

One bad thing about school, which i always complain. My friends will know it well. hahah . YES! no friends in school!!! damn…… how to make friends huh?? hhaha.. attending class alone is quite torturing for some for the lessons.

What does Family mean to us?

I read this in a email saying that actually  the word “family” stands for  Father And Mother I Love You.

Ha , interesting right?

I love my family . Every other thing can come after them. Without them i am nothing. Everyone knows that.

Family times is important as it bond the family together. I think it is quite difficult to come together when everybody is so busy working or doing some other things. Therefore, it must be set that at least once or twice a week, the family must come together to have a dinner. Put all the work aside and don talk about it during meals. Ask about each other , i am sure there are alot of things to talk about.

It must be cultivated into a habit. Once it becomes a habit, everything comes easy. You will even feel unease if you missed the dinner.

Don be surprise by what family bonding can make a impact on your future. It is through difficulties times then u release that how important is your family. With them around… You’ll Never Walk Alone……….

Woo hoo, AHM result is out.. Armour ranked 6th among 17 competitiors.  OnlyCDO, 6 DIV, 2PDF 9 DIV and Guards were infront of us.

This year ,ahm has a stylo way of showing each indivdual result. It has a cool graphical interpretation of your achievement.

So from the website this is the information i got:

1) i finished at a time of 1h:50m:19s

2) i am ahead of about 97% of women finishers.

3) Result in Division (MEN’S CLOSED) – 341st place

1799 finishers behind. About 16% of finishers ahead.

4)  Result in Gender (Men) - 732nd place

7761 finishers behind. About 9% of finishers ahead.

5) i ran 4 min 59 secs per km for 9.2 km, 5 min 19 secs for 7.8 km and 5 min 37 secs for 4.1km

Average is 5 min 14 secs per km.

Anyway, the first person that finished took 1 hr 7min 2 secs. Madness…

Actually, i am not that fast.. , i still got 2 more race for this year, the yellow ribbon run and the standard chartered marathon.

84 km ultra marathon for next year?????

Adding to my chain of  bad happenings yesterday, the last event was liverpool lost. what a day….

what a bad start today, went to pump petrol but couldn find my smile card. After that, encounter my first TP road block in year 2009.  The TP stop me , asked a few question. Next, i missed the fort road exit and i have to go till the big splash there my make a u-turn. lastly, i was 5 mins away from my PB, which i think i can do better. Had a good start, took 45mins for 10 km, but could not sustain. haiz.. bad bad timing… well, should be my last AHM .. i guess so.

Saw say guan and samuel when i was walking to the carpark. Had lunch with them and a good chat. haha. miss the days i talk about soccer with them.
