well…. busy me is always busy… actually i am not that busy…. this is my schedule…

Monday to Sat afternoon ——–> Camp

Sat afternoon to evening ——–> home sleeping /Surf Net/ Preparation to go out.

Sat evening to Mid Nite ———> SHopping/ Eating/ Movie / Drinking

Sunday morning to afternoon —–> Sleeping

Sunday Afternoon to Evening ——> Preparation back camp / Gaming / Sleeping

Sunday evening —————–> Dinner/ Book in

HAHA.. Time is not on my side… suddenly i just realised that i could not keep staying at home during weekends as is not fully utilise .

well… soon everything is going to be over.. counting down… 8 more weeks… Time really flies fast.. So fast i already at the last lap of the race and is always the most difficult part. Many give up during this phase. i really want to share my feeling, ideas about what i have gone through. I think is quite enriching.

Will be gone for 3 weeks to finish up the race! Focusing is what i need now. Complacent will fail me.

Oh ya… i was one of the top band in platoon however was not one of the favourite to win the sword. Even Greece can win Euro , England didnt qualify for Euro, Favourite will not always win.. hahah. Will give all out and hold to regards after that. WIsh me luck everyone!!!

Lao Gaos Gathering….

It was how long ago when i last go out with lao gaos??? Busy tired me cant recalled. Not to waste my precious weekend, i asked them out for a movie!!!

We meet for dinner at Pasta De Waraku… It wasnt as good as Waraku. Disappointed. There was this funny thing. On the menu, there was the sizes, M or R. So we thought it was Medium or Regular. But it come out to be MINI . M = MINI and the size was only as big as a side plate. I was ” are u joking???” This was because the price difference between mini and Regular was 2 dollar difference.

After that was movie time. DUNK!! A china production. The poster was awesome so i thought it will be great. But it didnt turn out as i expected.. =( I think i is quite difficult to produce a good basketball movie.

After that , i went home to take car and send them to power nasi lemak for supper. Tired me again went home for a good rest.!!

Good Friday

2 weeks ago, it was good friday. It wasnt very good at all. ha. That week, k i had my second field camp and was only able to book out on friday morning with less than 7 hrs of sleep the whole week??? tired but no complain about it. Morning, as usual, the whole ANG family will go to 扫墓 at 光明山. i make an effort to go even though i am freaking tired. My whole section went for breakfast at Ghim Moh before my brother come and fetch me. i don think there are other people in the course are as sporting as us man.. haha.. Afternoon, after lunch, i went home to catch a quick nap before going to Yi Xuan’s birthday party. My relative wanted to go to the goat farm but i think is a waste of time as i can always go myself since is so near. I was concussed when i fall asleep. Someone call me sms me and when i wake up i only can recalled that i did pick up a call and answer someone.. This was how tired i am.

When i woke up, is was already 6+ . After preparation, i went to YX’s birthday. It was long long ago since i saw her and my old friends. We had a good talk. Everyone was so busy that we hardly got time to meet and talk.( Or was it me who was very busy only?? )

We had talked till 12+ before we called it a day. I went home and continue my recovery rest as next week there was another field camp coming up… =(

Lucky bookout!!

This week, by right i am not suppose to book out. Due to unforeseen circumstances, yes! i book out on Friday… i never expected that, so do my camp mates. Actually i want to go and take a look at some wallets but my friends all not very free. Luckily, Kj they all are quite free, so we decided to go town and walk walk and catch a movie. I wanted to watch STEP UP 2 but, Pj and Andy had watch it, so we watched Water Horse.

Not a bad film. It was about a lad name Angus, who found an egg. This egg crack and became a small water horse. Water horse is a female cum male, He/she is a orphan. The parents will lay the egg and die before she/he was born. Day by day the water horse grew bigger and bigger. What happen next , u all should go and find out yourself. I think it is worth the money if u all go on the weekdays.!

Yes, Thanks to My Poly brother and sisters, i bought myself a NUM Slipper( because they give me NUM voucher for my birthday!! heheh )… yea yea.. haha.. spend quite sometime there looking for the shoe as non of the patterns seems nice to me. Finally,the chosen one!!

Today, went to buy some foods and accessories to top up the supplier in my bunk. spend $80 bucks i think .. Well, they are critical for survive, so still OK!!

Going to out field again and looking forward to the long weekend!!! whooowhooO!!!

BUSy BuSY Busy

I think sleep is the priority for me now. Nothing can stop me from sleeping!!!! i am lacking of sleep for the past 2 weeks. sleep is a privilege for me now not an entitlement. With a busy schedule this month, i rarely have to to time to replenish the lost. Seriously for the past 2 weeks other than in camp i think i am at home. Therefore there was no much things to update. I don think anyone of u would want to hear what i do in camp right? my friends always hate it when i start to talk about it. =(

But this week, i make myself some free time to go and enjoy myself as next week i am not booking out again =( =( =(
Luckily for me, i achieve the armour standards in ippt and soc and was able to book out on friday nite!! while the rest clean their arms till morning!! oHhh so sad!!!!!! hahah

Sat afternoon, i went to hua jie house to celebrate his 22nd birthday. we had steamboat cum bbq. It was a good concept to celebrate it this way man. Although only Shan clemence eug and me, but there was fun through out. We talked, yes of cos is army stuff. what else can 5 cadets do when they meet together???? btw, i think i was very very long since the last time i had steamboat.

Nite, i went to cheveron and watch soccer cum drinking cum singing. It was damn long since i meet the laogaos again. although is not the whole gang, but i just want to update myself of the progress that each of them have.

And today morning i went to pasir panjang road to eat. the place was called 103 bistro. Well, other than the serving is small , i don have any other comments on the food. The desert was also not bad but the Italian dessert, i don know how to pronounce but i think it is too plain for dessert. Also, we had a new member today for the foodhunt~~

i think i shall make it at least a month event for the foodhunt programme. Got to coordinate with my highly effective organiser !!

TIRED!

2008 ?!?

Actually i have come up with my aims/goals but have no time to write it out. I believed that in life we must have some goals so that it keep us motivated to carry on. It will be bored to do the same old routine everyday.

 1) Commission as a Armour Officer

Target Completion date: 15 June

Why i want to become an officer at the first place is because i want to give myself a challenge. I want to see how far can i go as OCS is for the best of the best soldiers to go isnt it? Why i choose armour and not the others vocation is because i want to learn something . So it was either armour and signals. However, i did foresee that if i goes to signal after i commission i might be posted to other unit which is so far away whereas armour camps are so near my home. Anyway didnt regret going there.

Inaddtional, i will set high standards for myself as i don want to sail through the course and be proud of myself standing at the parade square commissioning. Most importantly, my family and friends and are there to see me commission. I know is this what i want….. 

2) Armour Gold (completed)

I think  my physical is at the optimum now so i should set some goals and achieve it. If not i don think there will not be a chance it future as there is no one pushing me. So the target that i set was to run below 9.15 mins for 2.4 km run and the rest of the static station scoring 5 points.

Result: 2.4km run —>9.09 mins statics+ run = 25 pts
i know it isnt very fast compare to others  who can run 8 mins ++ but i had never run such a fast timing before. i didnt make it for the first for the first IPPT test. My run was 9.18 mins. At that time i was quite sad as i know i can run faster . I did it at the Second IPPT test!!. I don know whether i have the chance to break it but i am quite pleased with the results.

 3) Planning for the future

Target Completion date: 2nd half of 2008

Well, i think is time to wake up to plan what i want to do in the future. I had a lot of wild ideas but i think i have to really think through it what i really want to do. Currently due to the busy schedule i have in army i have to wait till the second half of the year to do it.

4) 21st birthday

Target Completion date: 191108

For the past few years, i didnt really celebrate my birthday because i am too lazy too organise.  Maybe just a simple dinner etc. This year i hope to do a meaningful one and not a grand one. Maybe a overseas trip  etc. I haven start planning maybe can see how my friends do it first and i think that BBQ is too common.. hehe

5) Saving up

I think is time for me to do some saving up after spending a huge amount of money last year , i think is time to save up. This year there are also some high key activites like my trip to taiwan this april and my coms ball followed by my 21 birthday if i want to go overseas. So i planned to save 3/4 of my salary each month.

 6) wishlist

       i) wallet
           seriously i need a new wallet. The wallet i am using now is the one that i used my first popular pay to buy and it was about 4 years ago???

This is the first draft of my goals and wish-list.. Will be take out and edit along the way.

RIP W950I

damn it.. Suay till the max… what a way to start the year. The hp that i brought less than 3 months ago was spoiled. This was what happened………..

last last Saturday, as usual, i went to eat dinner with my father. So when i come down from the car, my hp dropped out of my pocket and landed on the floor and i didn’t notice it. when i notice it, i went back to the car and take. The van that parked beside my father’s van was coming out when i reached my father’s van. After that i went to search for my hp in the car and realise that it was on the floor. I thought i was so lucky that no one has took it away. When i pull out from the porch, the Hp screen Cracked ( like spider web like that) OMG!!!! arg…. madness…. It was the van that just moved out smashed it. If i was a few minutes earlier…………………..

This lead to another misery. Because i used the lousy nokia hp inside the camp, so i didnt put it inside the locker instead i put inside the shoe cabinet beside the bed. It was not locked. Monday was already very blue for me already. My instructor went to raid my bunk and found my hp, they steal it and issued me 2 CONFINEMENT!!!!!! OMG.. there go my 2 weekends again.

So isnt this a bad start??????????????

Bye Bye 2007

Things were so rush for me that i don have time to say bye bye to 2007.

For me i think 2007 is a fruitful year for me. i learn a lot from various people and is very fortunate for me to have time to go overseas.

2nd jan-7th jan: Taiwan trip

Taiwan went to Taiwan for the first time. It was the best overseas trip i ever go and it was the first time i did 3/4 of the  planning and went there backpack!

07 Feb: Ended poly career

Finished my last paper and ended my 3 years of poly career. well have to thanks all the lecturer that have give me guidance and tolerate my nuisance. Mrs Goh siang ling and lim cher yam– i have learnt a lot from them. Also, my FYP buddy, hong ye and Kj where we get A for our project.

10 Feb: Annual dinner and dance BE 2007

Well, i think we seldom have this chance of sitting down together with my poly sisters and brother to eat dinner. It was fun and memorable. i think the next time that we be sitting like this again will be someones wedding!!

05th March-  22nd June: DLS pte ltd

Is was not part of my plan to work during the waiting period before NS. I nv regard working there. Cos i met new friends { my Team R colleague } and i have gained new knowledge. I think i learn some valuable points from my manager MR Sunny Sim even though he is not a very good manager~~ haha. Tks PeiSee , SF and Jac for guiding me .

23rd May : Graduation

Well, i graduated with a GPA of 3.3  not a bad result for a slacker like me but i did regret a little for not study hard enough =(

it was a break for me from my tiring work.

13th july: NS  Career

13 july-  i was enlisted to BMTC sch 2 Taurus company. From there i graduated on 11th sep. thanks PS Hazzely.Sgt Sim, Sgt BK and Sgt Zul for giving me a pleasant experience

24th Sep – i was posted to OCS for 14 weeks as part of the training to become a officer. It was a challenge i set for myself . i wanted the 2 yrs of ns life to be more meaning as in to learn new things rather than just be a man doing things under control. I learn a lot from Cpt Richard, Lta Jason, Lta Keng Wee and esp Lta JQ, he has taught me alot of thngs.  i never regarded going there.

21-23 dec: Bintan trip

well, it was a break for me to rest so that i have energy for the next 21 weeks of my Pro term.

I have make so many new friends and learn so many thing things which enriched my life. Of cos there are ups and downs  i did struggle throughout all these events. I get fuck, make mistakes, and it make me grow up and become stronger after all these things. I think 2007 is the turning point for me. I have grown up from all this things in-terms of thinking and method of doing things. Thanks 2007!~~ bye bye////
